Wearing white and grey on a sunny day in Amsterdam!

Here are some pictures of my second day trip to Amsterdam. Only the day before I went with the fabulous Greetje but the weather was so cold and wet that we couldn’t really do anything but hide under an umbrella and run from one shop to the next.

With some success I might add as I scored a beautiful skirt by Preen at 70% off. Can’t wait to show you that another time.

The next day though the weather was gorgeous and almost Singapore hot and therefore taking photographs is a must!

The first venue of the day was the Rijksmuseum. Although it can be busy here, today me and my friend Saskia could just walk in without any queues at all!

I’m wearing a new outfit by GetDressed2, a brand that I featured before.

The asymmetrical grey striped skirt is right up my alley and oh so comfortable to wear.

It’s combined with a versatile jacket / blouse in white linen and combined with some great detailing in cotton jersey.

Rather than just being pretty in the front, boring at the back, this skirt is slightly draped at the back too. You could actually wear it the other way around for a completely different look.

White and gray require some extra color which is partly provided by my old Alldressedup necklace and new bag by Mirjam Zwolsman. Although I normally don’t really wear pastel colors like this light pastel blue, I was instantly attracted to the color combination and design of this bag. It’s also easier to add these colors to my outfit as an accessory.

This bike would be a fabulous accessory too. For many years I rode a red bike like this one through Amsterdam when I was a student. Unfortunately, my current bike is not as fancy.
