Feature Home: Modern, Comfortable Apartment

I spotted this contemporary Atlanta apartment over at (not surprisingly!) Atlanta Homes mag. Designed by interior designer, Barbara Westbrook, it immediately appealed thanks to its contemporary but warm feel.

Gallery walls are perfection against a dark and dramatic wall colour, and I'm very taken with the rough linen Roman blinds in this space.

I adore the weathered leather armchairs, and collection of ceramic pottery here in this little nook. It's a lovely contrast between the clean lines of the apartment, and Barbara's beaten, warm and aged pieces.

The unusually shaped bedroom features a striking upholstered headboard, although I would love to see a painting above the bed.
