a quarter of a year already—& a movie.

can you believe that my little sweet baby is already 4 months old today?! i was inspired to start playing around with iMovie by my friend, Bri, and her beautiful “snow day” video. mine’s definitely not perfect, but i know that it will be treasured for years to come.

Hazel is doing “normal” four-month old things like babbling, squealing, grasping (girl can squeeze a finger), flailing, holding her neck up better each day, and grabbing and holding dangling toys. she loves smiling at her daddy and big sister and brother. she’s just complete joy for our family.

seizure updates: we have not had to up the medicines since a week ago and today she had zero “normal seizure episodes (full/both arms jerking 10-20 secs).” she did have a couple of one-jerk moments, but this is a HUGE improvement and we are encouraged that the meds seem to be doing something to control them.

we have a well-check visit with the pediatrician on tuesday, so we’ll see how much she’s grown and start getting a few vaccines (we delayed while the seizures were uncontrolled).
