HOW TO MAKE MY FAVOURITE STRAWBERRY SMOOTHIES

My Instagram feed is already filled with my morning smoothies, home-made detox juices, healthy blueberry muffins and more guilt free goodies. So, why not integrate this on COTTDS.com as well? A lot of you girls already asked me on Instagram to share my smoothie recipes, so today I’m kicking it off with my favourite strawberry smoothies. Hope you will like this new monthly section on COTTDS.com.

What you’ll need:

1 ripe banana
10 strawberries
2 tbsp of Greek yogurt or quark
1 tbsp chia seeds
2 tbsp spelt flakes

Blend it all together and there you have it: a delicious – and super easy to make – smoothie to begin your day with. Or just any moment of the day ;) Best thing about this smoothie is that you can easily change things up a little by adding different fruits to it.

My current favourite is the Strawberry/Banana/Passion Fruit smoothie:
1 ripe banana
10 strawberries
2 tbsp of Greek yogurt or quark
1 tbsp chia seeds
2 tbsp spelt flakes
the inside of 1 passion fruit

Also one I have made a hundred times before is the Strawberry/Banana/Blueberry smoothie:
1 ripe banana
10 strawberries
2 tbsp of Greek yogurt or quark
1 tbsp chia seeds
2 tbsp spelt flakes
a handful blueberries
