Do you give gift cards as gifts for the holidays? It seems there is always at least ONE person on your list you have no idea what to give them or you have a tween/teenager that would rather shop for themselves and gift cards are the answer! There’s no reason you can’t still “wrap” your gift card as you would a gift! Give it in a cute little Washi Tape Christmas Tree Gift Card Gift Box instead of an envelope!
This fall, Rachel of Lines Across launched Let’s Wrap Stuff, a website devoted to all things gift wrap related. To celebrate its launch, Rachel challenged me and a select group of talented bloggers to come up with a creative gift wrap idea using plain Kraft paper. Who doesn’t love brown paper packages tied up with string? Check out all 24 creative Kraft paper gift wrap ideas below.
For my Washi Tape Christmas Tree Gift Card Holders, you will need only a few supplies and they whip up in less than a couple of minutes!
* There are several options for the Pillow Boxes. You can find them on deal sites like Pick Your Plum pretty frequently. Or you can make them yourself following Rachel’s Tutorial or you can use your Silhouette machine to make them OR you can use your Evolution and the Pillow Box Die and make them. You’ll just need some craft paper to cut!
I used pre-made pillow boxes! I just cut the washi tape in varying lengths alternating patterns!
The Chevron Washi Tape is from We R Memory Keepers and you can use my code CHESAYS to get 20% off anything on the site!
