Is it Spring yet???

Born and raised an island girl, I find myself getting a bit antsy for the seasonal changes here in Oregon! We’ve had an unusual Winter that included several inches of snow! Our first real, stick-to-the-ground-and-not-melt snow. Enough of it that Lil K got a chance to play for a bit!

But now that the snow is behind us, I’m screaming in my head….IS IT SPRING YET??? I want warmer weather and sunshine outdoors! Yesterday we lucked out and had a gorgeous day. I can’t remember what the temperature was but Lil K and I got outside for a bit and had ourselves a little bubble adventure.

I actually lugged out my dSLR I got before the holidays. It’s a dope fresh awesome Canon 70d which I’m still learning but have come to love! I also got a fabulous deal on a gently used Tamron 28-70 f2.8 lens that has been a dream to shoot with! I’m usually a Prime girl but this lens has totally exceeded my expectations!

I’m still longing for gorgeous weather but I’ll take a day here or there when we get them! How about you? Has Spring arrived in your neck of the woods?
