Makeup Tutorial: Platinum NYE (Bobbie Austin's Closet)

In my first ever makeup tutorial I demonstrate the 9 simple steps needed to create a fun flashy NYE look. This tutorial is for beginners (like me) and is very easy and straight to the point. STEP 1: Thoroughly moisturize your face

Products: Neutrogena Fresh Foaming Cleanser & Neutrogena Oil-Free Moisturizer

STEP 2: Apply eyeshadow primer and base to your eyelids

Products: NYX Jumbo Eye Pencil (Milk) & NYX Eye Primer
STEP 3: Apply first shade of eyeshadow

Products: Mac Extra Dimension Eyeshadow (Platinum Love) & Mac 252SE Eyeshadow Brush

STEP 4: Apply second base color & apply second shade of eyeshadow

Products: NYX Jumbo Eye Pencil (Black Bean), Rimmel London 710 Twilight Zone Trio Eyeshadow, Sonia Kashuk

STEP 5: Clean up around the eyes and blend eye shadows together

Products: Neutrogena Makeup Remover Towelettes, Mac Extra Dimension Eyeshadow (Platinum Love), & Mac 252SE Eyeshadow Brush
STEP 6: Apply top & bottom eyeliner & finish the eyes with mascara

Products: Rimmel London Waterproof Gel Eyeliner, NYX 901 Black Eyeliner Pencil, & Mac False Lashes Black Mascara

STEP 7: Apply a thin layer of foundation to your face

Products: Mac Studio Fix Fluid Foundation (NW45) & Mac Foundation Brush
STEP 8: Apply concealer to coverup any blemishes and finish the face with a then layer of powder

Products: Mac Pro Longwear Concealer (NW45), Mac Concealer Brush 190SE, Mac Mineralize Skin Finish Natural Powder, Mary Kay Powder Brush

Step 9: Apply lipstick

Products: Mac Hautecore Matte Lipstick & Vaseline
