Christmas Kisses

With only a few days till Christmas, here is one kind of style I'm keeping in mind for Christmas eve, something cute, cosy but still dressed. Usually for me, Christmas eve will consist of visiting my godmother, followed by an evening at my nana's then onto drinks with my friends. To fit everything into the one evening comfort is key, but you want to feel glamourous too, in doing so I've chosen today's look from Oasis.

This skirt immediately reminded me of Lulu Guinness' lip inspiration designs. It's a style that you can easily wear throughout the year. To get a different look to this skirt a top in this print is also available which will make it look more like a dress than a two piece. This style is semi fitted, so while it hugs you in the right places it will help to camouflage any lower tummy area issues or love handles.

To get that cosy, comfort feel I choose this top which has a popcorn textured finish. It still has that girly vibe with hints of sequinned detailed throughout, making it easy to intertwine into other parts of your Christmas wardrobe to.

To get the fit of the top right I opted to go down a size as it would mean less material to tuck in, therefore less bulk around the tummy area. By tucking the top into the skirt it also embraces and shows off your curves all the more.

As the top has a lot of texture, I kept accessories to a minimum with a festive glitter box clutch also from Oasis.
