Glamorous Hollywood Dresser Turned Shabby Chic
Custom furniture refinishing orders are great because people bring their beautiful antique finds to me and I never know what will walk through the door. This was my first time refinishing a Hollywood type antique dresser and it was fun stuff. Here she is before her glamorous makeover. The outer finish was peeling and cracking.
The customers wanted something that looked similar to Eleanor, my workhorse desk so I painted her with CeCe Caldwell Simply White, heavily distressed her and applied clear wax.
