Living in Southern California we don't get a lot of rain. So when I hear the weather report and see rain in the forecast, I get pretty darn excited. I always take the opportunity to dust off my rainboots and do some puddle stomping. But, it always seems that when I wear my rainboots out, the rain clouds go away and the sun comes out. I always feel so silly being out and about in my rainboots on a sunny day. Luckily for me, today it actually is raining.... at least a little bit.
