The Balm Balm Jovi Rockstar Palette

Jag har suktat efter den i två år, nu är den min! Balm Jovi Rockstar Palette från The Balm är universums töntigaste palett fylld med produkter lika snygga som namnen är tacky. I love it. Temat är alltså rock, och med ögonskuggsnamn som Lead Zeppelin och Alice Copper så kan jag inte låta bli att guilty pleasure-skratta. Roligast är krämprodukterna för läpp och kind vid namn Lip Sync Playback i färgerna Milly och Vanilly. AV. LI. DER.

Skuggorna är uppbrutna i tre vertikala spalter med fyra skuggor i varje, Heavy Metal som är skimriga och metalliska, Classical som är matta neutrala och Alternative som är mer åt det skimrigt drömska hållet. Skapa en look baserad på vald spalt eller mixa hejvilt!

Formulan är silkeslen och välpigmenterad på nästan alla produkter, Lead Zeppelin och Adagio är lite torrare men med en primer så löses det problemet.

I’ve wanted it for two years, now it’s ime! TheBalm Balm Jovi Rockstar Palette is the dorkiest palette on the planet, filled with products that look as good as the names are tacky. Love it. So the theme is rock, and with eyeshadow names like Lead Zeppelin and Alice Copper I can’t help but laugh with guilty pleasure. Funniest are the lip/cheek cream products called Lip Sync Playback in the colours Milly and Vanilly. I. DIED.

The eyeshadows are broken up into three columns with four shades in each, Heavy Metal which are jewel toned shimmers and metallics, Classical which are matte neutrals and Alternative which are more shimmery and dreamy. Create a look based on your favourite column or mix them up!

The formula is silky and pigmented on almost all products, Lead Zeppelin and Adagio are a bit drier but with a primer that would be solved.

The outer packaging splits at the bottom, which means that there’s a flap over the cream products. Awesome idea as powders always get stuck in creme products when put together in a palette.

The eyeshadows are split into three columns, everyone with a certain theme. I love the mix of undertones, finishes and style even though they go well together.

The highlighter, blush and lip/cheek creams at the bottom. Very useful shades, but maybe not too exciting.

Classical column: Adagio, Allegro, Moderato, Presto

Alternative column: Blink 1982, The Stroke, Rem, Third Eye Blinded
