LUSH addict in the making…

So it seems whenever we are in town we can’t stay away from our local Lush store! This time we picked up a medley of goodies to try including the sparkly pumpkin, if you remember from my previous Lush post they had sold out the week of Halloween. Luckily they got some more back in so happy days! As always the staff were awesome and they always acknowledge my 4yr old involving her and welcoming her to enjoy Lush.

Sparkly Pumpkin bubble bar is a warming and cheerful bubble bar coated in copious amounts of orange glitter. So much so that my daughter took it upon herself to rub her hands over the pumpkin and then plaster her face in the stuff. Glitter makes everything better, right?

Shoot For The Stars bath bomb was actually being demonstrated in-store when we popped in. The range of colours was mesmerising, my daughter loved it after getting over her shyness. The children used the bath ballistic last night for their evening bath. As it shoots around the bath it leaves a wonderful trail behind of purple hues filled with silver glitter. As with all Lush products the smell was equally pleasing as was the visual display it gave in the bath.

The next two products we picked up were in fact for my daughter, the sales assistant showed us the Snow Fairy Sparkle Bar which smells AMAZING!!! If you rush to the shops every year once you hear Snow Fairy as graced the shelves then you need the snow fairy sparkle bar this festive season. A shimmer bar packed full of moisturising ingredients such as organic shea, murmuru and cupuacu butters. As you sweep it over your skin the shimmer bar melts leaving a fine shimmery finish. Next up the sales assistant reached for First Snow Sparkly Dusting Powder, he sprinkled a little over the top and my daughter was very happy at the sight. Perfect for the party season and for Frozen fans.

The last item was a treat for me and if I could eat this I really would. It smells soooooo good! Yog Nog soap is a creamy bar made with soya yoghurt and a fudgy blend of festive spices! Clove bud and ylang ylang essential oils mixed with a generous dusting of aromatic cocoa powder. I know this won’t last long, I will definitely need to pop back and stock up on some more. 100% palm-free.

I’m still eager to try more of the Christmas range, any suggestions??
