Hello virtual friends!

There's been a blog series at Harvesting Kale and Ot & Et that I've long enjoyed reading and this week, I decided to jump in. You see, my pregnant brain can't really complete a full sentence, so having someone do the prompting for me is G-reat. Basically, it's a fun way of sharing what you're up to in a creative way. This week's themes: declaring, saving, demolishing, sniffing, despising.

We are currently declaring that life is about to get Cah-razy. We are opening a new business next month here in town that will take Andy away for even more hours per week, but it's exciting and we've been working on it for almost two years! Since this new little babe wasn't really planned, we'll be knee deep in the first year of biz when he or she comes this summer, but all will be well.
We are currently saving up for quite a few big ticket wish-list items for the whole family, like a BBQ (Andy) and a Berkey water filter (me) and a patio set (both of us). Oh yeah...and a birth!
Demolishing? Recently, clutter! The last three months have been short on anything domestically related and our mail and receipts and all that stuff was just annoying both Andy and I, so I've been trying to take 10 minute chunks here and there to just clean - it - up. I'm under no illusions that I'm a super organized person at home, so I haven't started any newfangled systems or anything remotely Pinterest-y, but our recycling bin is being put to good use.
My smeller is still so sensitive (ground beef, I loathe you) but I've been sniffing new lime essential oil and it's refreshing and invigorating and makes me think of summer and water and all those wonderful clean smells *leaves computer to go get bottle and inhale deeply, ahhh*
This is an easy one. Totally despising the dreary weather and just tired of looking at dormant, scraggly branches and mud and puddles...but I can also see some green stems and tiny buds slowly emerging. My preferences for seasons have completely flip-flopped since becoming a parent. I used to loooove winter, but that was when I could go lounge at a coffee shop for 6 hours on any given day instead of trying to find ways to keep busy little toddlers occupied while the rain keeps us inside.
That's it in a nutshell! Link up and share your Currently and have a great week!
