Nothing Special by Martin Kollar Martin Kollar is a Slovakian photographer with a particular skill to capture the right moment. Published as a book in 2008, the Nothing Special series is a set of pictures taken in ex-Soviet countries. Martin Kollar portraits this slightly chaotic part of Europe as it's heading for a new political order. The world through his lens is strong and absurd, but it's that kind of absurdity that is funny and sad at the same moment.
