Clothespin Wall Decor

These painted wood clothespins are one of my favorite pieces from the Dear Lizzy Daydreamer collection. Using them as wall decor for hanging photos is smart and simple.

Decorating my daughter’s nursery on a budget has not only been the most fun I’ve ever had (seriously!), but it has also been a fantastic lesson in utilizing my craft stash and thinking outside of the box to create a playful and stimulating environment. When I saw the adorable clothespins from the Daydreamer collection, I knew they would work perfectly in the baby’s room! Here’s how I made a quick and easy wall installation using two simple supplies:

1. First, I gathered my supplies, including three Daydreamer clothespins, foam adhesive dots, my favorite wedding photos and the invitation to one of my baby showers.

2. Next, I applied a few foam dots to the back of each clothespin.

3. From there, I decided where I wanted to hang each clothespin and placed them on the wall accordingly.

4. Ta da! The finished result. I love the way the clothespins allow me to rotate art or memorabilia in and out, plus, they will be super easy to remove once the baby is old enough to pull them off the wall!
