B.A.D Tip: Your Ceiling Needs Some POW POW

The Tip: I’m SO bored of looking up at someone’s ceiling and seeing that plain Jane white paint, you know the Ivory White you see in every Benjamin Moore catalog? It’s time for you to make your ceiling stand out. Instead of painting your ceiling white, paint it something interesting, something that reflects your personal style. A great pattern on the ceiling can actually bring the whole space together and make it feel more cohesive. Take for example the Kelly Wearstler space above. This ‘paneled’ painted ceiling brings together the different rectilinear shapes in the space. It doesn’t impose, but rather enhances the room. Treat your ceiling like your walls. POW POW.
