Hydrangea

I’m more than a little partial to hydrangeas (as evidenced here and here), so I was rather happy to discover that the cobbled streets of Korcula, Croatia were lined with endless pink blooms. So many of Croatia’s islands had hydrangeas dotted all over; it was such a romantic touch to the already picturesque sea-side villages.
Despite the fact that sometimes these overalls make me feel all of twelve years old, they have served me well this year… What is it about this 90′s piece of denim which feels so summer appropriate?
