Take a Free Trip Around The World With Trails and Ways

Nunca voy a dejar de escuchar música de Senderos y Caminos! Translation: I am never going to stop listening to Trails and Ways! This band is a new find and is exceptionally unique from other bands I am currently listening to right now. Trails and Ways describe their sound as “bossa nova dream pop” and it’s very exciting to hear an indie group incorporate both the Spanish and Portuguese language in their music. After listening to either their Trilingual EP or their Covers Tape EP, you’ll feel like you just took a free trip around the world!

It’s incredibly mesmerizing to hear Trails and Ways infuse their California roots with countries like Brazil and Spain to create intercultural sounds that you don’t hear too often. Brazil and Spain are actually two destinations this band visited before flying back home to the Bay Area and becoming Trails and Ways. So if you guys are digging their music like I am and live in LA, they are having a show at the Bootleg Theater on May 9th along with another one of my faves, Cheers Elephant! I hope to see all of your beautiful faces there!
