Oh Palm Springs

Palm Springs ended up being one of those places I never really went to (spent one night there years ago while passing through to somewhere else) – that was until we were able to head there for a wedding. I wore my summer finest, which gave me flashbacks of living in Las Vegas during the hot summers – the heat sticks to your body and you avoid going out during the peak heat moments. But, because I’ve been deprived of this type of weather so long, I just went with it. Poolside by the day, wedding fun at night. All I could have asked for. This lady has needed a break.

We also stayed at the colorful and lovely (but somewhat noisy) Saguaro

I can see why people like coming back now, I’m ready to explore Palm Springs more one day.
