Dissapointing Products : Origins Zero Oil Pore Purifying Toner

Origins Zero Oil Pore Purifying Toner
Origins is a brand that I absolutely love for skincare and I usually see amazing results straight away but the Zero Oil Pore Purifying Toner is one product I just haven't been impressed by. I've used a fair bit of it and just can't get on with it and here is why.
Recently it has been left to the back of my skincare range but as I wanted to use it up and not let it go to waste I decided to get back into it but I found that it actually made my skin worse off than it was in the first place! I'm very lucky that I rarely get any blemishes and when I do they are more on the hormonal side of things and stay around my chin and it's been really clear since I sorted it out after the bad reaction I had to another skin care product but as soon as I started using this 2 weeks ago I've gotten 3 strong blemishes on my chin.
I only use this on my T-Zone as it is the only part of my skin that is oily but even so it is still too harsh for me. Since buying this product I have learnt that any product that it targeted for combination or oily skin is generally no good for it. The strong ingredients they put into these products actually strip the skin of it's natural oils which in turn make the skin over produce it's oil therefore causing blemishes.
I can feel this product working on my skin when I use it but not in the way I would like it to, I find it quite potent and my skin feels stripped when I use it and I don't think it's doing my skin any favours to be honest. I hate putting up bad reviews but I just figure that if it could help at least one person I'll be happy! - Available at Origins @ £17.00
