Favorite Looks of 2013 Series Part 2

This look is featuring MAC Flat Out Fabulous Lipstick and MAC Paint Pot in Moss Scape (unfortunately it was discontinued). If you missed part 1 of this series, click here.

I wore this look quite a bit this year. It’s something about having a soft green smokey eye with a bold red, orange, or pink lip that just really works. I blended the Paint Pot Moss Scape from my lash line to my crease. I used a dark brown from my Coastal Scents 42 Matte Palette in the crease and an Orange from the same palette right above my crease. I blended MAC Pigment in Lithe (limited edition) with a bit of white from the Coastal Scents 42 Matte Palette on top as my brow highlight.

The fact that MAC named it Flat Out Fabulous lets you know just how awesome it is.
I truly love this lipstick! I can’t think of any other way to describe but fabulous!! It has great staying power as well and doesn’t crack up like Candy Yum Yum.

Of course my look wouldn’t have been complete without some “fabulous” lashes as well. I used my $1 Beauty Supply lashes #138. I used Urban Decay 24/7 eye pencil in Perversion in my waterline. I smudged Makeup Forever Aqua Eyes pencil #20L in my lower lash line.

On my face I used Revlon ColorStay Liquid Foundation in Caramel. It’s my favorite drug store liquid foundation! I used Magnolia Makeup Highlight Powder in Glo on my nose, and above my cheeks. I used Magnolia Makeup Blush in Cheeky. I contoured my cheeks, nose, and temples with Cover Girl Queen Collection Bronzer in Ebony Bronze. I used Urban Decay DeSlick Compact powder all over. Then I finished the look with Skindinavia Finishing Spray in No More Shine.
