MY OUTFIT | Pops of Neon

I found a way to take the NYC uniform of head-to-toe black and add some pops of color for the Summer! Sporting my new DIYed Downtown & Brooklyn tank top, I took my pink bike for a cruise and was overjoyed it was finally short shirt and sunglasses season again. Wooot!
