My Vintage Camera Collection: Instant Film Cameras

Hey guys - I'm back to share more of my vintage camera collection. On Tuesday I shared my Brownies and today I've got some beauty instant film cameras to show you. When I was a kid I had a Polaroid I-Zone. The pictures were super tiny and so very '90s. I loved that little camera. I'm not entirely sure what happened to that little guy but I still love instant film. A couple of years ago my super awesome brother-in-law and his wife gifted me this Polaroid with the original manuals and carrying case. And if weren't for The Impossible Project I wouldn't be able to use any of my Polaroids. All of my Polaroids are SX-70s and take the corresponding Impossible Project SX-70 film. However, at $30CAD for 8 photos - these Polaroids are fairly expensive to use.

Below is the Kodak Pleaser II. This came in a box of vintage cameras I picked up at an auction. It'll be a display only camera as film is no longer manufactured for it. Not Kodak's best design. So '80s...

As much as I love these cameras, I use my Instax 210 more often because it's more affordable and the wide photos are awesome. Do you use instant film at all? Would you ever use a vintage Polaroid or an Instax?

Have a great weekend!
