Fast Florals

I’m taking my sweat-sesh to the streets this workout Wednesday. Outdoor activities are my fave especially with the perfect temps we’ve been having in NYC. Riverside park has so many great trails, hills, steps and benches to incorporate into my fitness routine to help toughen and tone me up.

Some of my go-to moves for fast results:
Plank pushups, lunge jumps, stair climbing, sprints, tricep dips

And, I have to look cute too, so I’m testing out some of this new gear from the Live Love Dream collection so that I can sweat in style.
