Review Focus T25 Week 2

If you are a "regular" here you know I am in the middle of Focus T25. Man do I love this program. Seriously. It is kicking my butt, however in the best way possible. This last week (week 2) I did all of the workouts except for Friday, which was cardio and lower body. I ran in a color run on Saturday, so that counted as my cardio. Basically, in my mind, that means I missed the lower body workout and that is all. C'est la vie, right? I feel really good overall with being able to keep up as I have. In week 2 I felt a bit stronger, but I still had to follow the modifier quite a bit. Thank goodness she is there! As far as results, I am happy to report I am down 2 lbs and 3 inches off of my waist since starting. I will take it! Below I have the links to my daily instagram videos for you to check out.
