Fitness Motivation: Stop Worrying about the Scale

We all need a little reminder to keep things in perspective every now and again. Weight is JUST a number. It does not define you, at least not if you don't let it. What should DEFINE YOU is how you FEEL! Are you comofortable in your own skin? Can you keep up with your kids, your friends, your family in the way you want? To you feel good after you eat or just bad because you "blew it" again? Progress is a constant battle. It takes consistency DAY after DAY before it finally shows up. Just know every decision you make will impact you down the road. Just like one meal won't make you obese or hit your goal weight, one workout will not help shape your body the way you want.
