It's only been about a year since I've been using coconut oil in baking and still wonder where my head was at years ago for not using it sooner. Kelapo extra virgin coconut oil is 100% organic, certified Fair Trade, and approved by The Vegetarian Society. Between the health benefits, flavor and miscellaneous uses of coconut oil, Kelapo is one of the better oils on the market in my opinion. Read more »
