Here are some shots I took for the final joint project of my Digital Photography and Fashion Advertising classes. We were asked to come up with our own fashion campaign for a product/brand of our choice. I opted for bags and accessories, and ended up going for Aldo. None of the items I used are actually from Aldo, but hah, whatever. I didn't really have a theme in mind as I was doing it, but I guess "playful glamour" best describes it.
My gorgeous friend Carmela modeled for me. She's an aspiring model, which, I suppose, was a bit more of a challenge to work with than a professional one. It was kind of confusing on my part to stay conscious of the technical stuff while at the same time directing her poses, especially since we both aren't experts in the fields yet. But it was fun and a great learning experience all the same! Carz was such a trooper, and she registers beautifully on camera, which really made the whole experience easier.
Lastly, a bonus photo: my teacher doing a Terry Richardson!
