Black and White

I realize that C&B is a blog focused on wear-to-work attire, however we do spend some time out of the office too I wore this to a friend’s 40th birthday party last week. I was actually going to return this skirt, but when I paired it with this top, I felt like I had a new dress!!! Cute right?
