One of our favourite elements ~ Water ~

It cleanses, heals, repairs, fills us with joy, it takes our mind to a peaceful place, it guides us in meditation, it makes us laugh and scream and run away from her waves with excitement, it makes us feel strong and centred, it lets us ride her waves, some are lucky enough that it runs out from taps at home and we can bathe in her, we drink her, it connects us with our body, it relieves us from stress and worry, it surrounds us, it is a home to some of the littlest creatures and some of the greatest on this earth, it lets us dive in her, birth in her and make love within her, without water we could not exist..

Most importantly for me, she connects my soul with mother earth and reminds me i am a part of this living earth as it is a part of me..
