Calla Fall/Winter 2012: New York Fashion Week
Calla Haynes was showing her line "CALLA" for the first time in New York Fashion Week this past Saturday. Her collection is young and modern. I love the colors, the prints, and the silhouettes that were chosen. The main print for this collection was the digital daisy design that she discovered from upholstery swatch book from the 1950s. She also worked with the French house Malhia Kent, Coco Chanels fabric creator, on developing tweet pieces for this collection. Every season, a muse with an occupation was chosen as her inspiration. This year, it was "interior designer".By the way, I did find pictures for all of the Tiffanys window display which I updated in my last post. Check them out if you like!Calla HaynesPhoto Credit: New York TimesCollection Photos Credit: Style.com
