Jessica & Justin’s September Wedding

When I booked this wedding last year with Jessica & Justin, I knew we were going to have a fun time together! And after photographing their engagement session in DC last fall, it was obvious how in love these two are and how wonderful their wedding would be. My assistant Chantal and I arrived to the Ceresville Mansion this beautiful September afternoon to the glow of an autumn sun sinking slowly down the horizon. Jessica was calm, collected, and excited to get her dress on and get down the aisle before sunset, while Justin was chilling with his groomsmen, getting dressed and ready to say “I do” to his beautiful bride. The ceremony was simply beautiful, romantic, and full of charm (just like the couple). It was a wedding full of sweet little unique seasonal details and personal touches with emphasis on their wonderfully close family and friends. We didn’t have much light for the portraits, but we captured some stunning moments and had some fun in the darkness for sure! The reception kicked off with fantastic dancing, beautiful toasts and lots of laughter. Everyone had a blast at this wedding and to top it all off, we had some of the tastiest cake I have had all year from the awesome Sugar Bakers! Congratulations to Jessica & Justin!! You two are a beautiful couple both inside and out!!!
