Abstract Blurred Lines

Good evening! Today is Day 1 of the 31 Day Challenge! Day 1's prompt is red, which is good for me since I love red. I'm getting in under the wire but it's still the 1st of September!

I knew I wanted to use red and black because that's one of my favorite color combinations. I ran across the image below and thought it would make for some great nail art!

I started off trying to make it exactly like the image but decided the big blocks of color didn't look the greatest on my nails so I went with a more muddled look. I really like how it turned out!

The polishes I used were:
Illamasqua Throb Elevation Polish Thracian Sea Color Club Silver Lake Sinful Colors Snow Me White Sinful Colors Black on Black
I used a thin striping brush to create all of the lines.
