Best Dressed {2013 Emmy Awards}
Andrew is an avid football fan, I’m an avid red carpet fan, and we are both Breaking Bad addicts… so obviously last night was a fight for the remote. We got home from a mini road trip to Ohio for our friends wedding around 5pm; Andrew watched an hour of football and I immedietly banished him to the smaller TV around 6pm for the red carpet. I need to see the details of the dresses, people! As usual with award shows, the fashion was really hit or miss. Some people just understood that simplicity is key and others just went a whole other direction with it. Here were my top 4 best dressed. I have a bone to pick with anyone who tore apart this blue Ralph Lauren dress;I thought it was so elegant and fit her body perfectly. I can’t wait to see what Joan Rivers says on Fashion Police tonight. I have a feeling this is going to be one of those times they totally disagree with me. But if any one of them picks Lena Dunham as best dressed I’m never watching again!
On a side note, do any of you watch Breaking Bad? Are you going to be having an anxiety attack until Sunday at 1030pm like I am? I’m freaking out for Jesse. That’s all I will say for those of you who haven’t watched it yet.
