Blue Bridge

Tonight, Eric and I headed over to the Blue Bridge to snap some photos. I have a major spot in my heart for the bridges in Grand Rapids. I used to have to park across the river in college, and would have to ride on my Razor scooter to get to my apartment downtown. I would always stop over the bridge and just take in the view. It's gorgeous, especially at night. This bridge used to be an old railroad crossing, but is now a pedestrian-only bridge. It's definitely a staple in downtown GR! I'm loving this short week so far. I can't believe tomorrow is already Thursday! I'm heading to a party celebrating the 50th anniversary of Grand Rapids Magazine called 1964. I get to dress up all 60's like too! In other news, I signed up for a 15K race (9.3 miles). Eeep! I started training for that last night, and holy moly, my legs are sore! I'm really excited for this major challenge though. I never ever ever thought I'd be doing something like this. Wish me luck! xo
