Red Soul

I always imagined our souls as something ethereal and colorless, so light, held here by our body. And what if our souls would take the color that best represent us? White for purity, green for envy and so on.. Then mine would be undoubtedly red: the color of love. Because that's how I feel, I'm full of love: love for my soul mate, at whose side I want to spend all my days; love for the little princess who changed my life; love for my family, far away from me, that I can see as many time as I would; love for the little things that make me happy everyday. Love for this life to which I could not ask for more. If the souls would have a color, what would be yours?

Ho sempre immaginato le nostre anime come qualcosa di etereo e incolore, leggere, trattenute qui solamente dal nostro corpo. E se invece la nostra anima assumesse il colore che meglio ci rappresenta? bianco per la purezza, verde per l'invidia e così via.. Allora la mia sarebbe senza dubbio rossa: il colore dell'amore. Perché è così che mi sento, piena d'amore: amore per la mia anima gemella, al cui fianco desidero passare tutti i miei giorni, amore per la mia piccola bambina che mi ha cambiato la vita, amore per la mia famiglia, troppo lontana e che non vedo quanto vorrei, amore per le piccole cose che mi rendono felice ogni giorno. Amore per questa vita a cui non potrei chiedere di più. Se le anime avessero un colore, quale sarebbe il vostro?
