March 4th Day 4: Exercise: Yesterday I rode my stationary bike with the following stats:
Time: 90.27 Minutes
Distance: 19.05 Miles
Total Calories: 457.90
Fat Calories: 143.00
Speed 12.5 - 13.1 mph
I combined my stationary bike totals from riding my bike 1/2 in the AM first thing and then riding my bike later in the evening for 1 hour. You need to try and find time to get your exercise in whenever you can.
