Friday Fashion: Fall Bargains Under $30

With the slight chill in the air becoming a permanent presence, I start thinking about shopping again and picking out some new suitable pieces to add to my fall wardrobe. I think this is my favorite season to shop for as well. I like choosing cozy pieces to layer with and finding bolder lipstick options as well.
