Make up Palette Storage

Make up palettes are really having a moment. Naked, Lorac, Z Palette... we can’t get enough. But with them comes the headache of storage!?! I’ve been searching high and low for a decent solution. I’ve tried my acrylic Muji drawers and top draw of my dresser, but unless they’re in plain view, they tend to get overlooked. Off I went to good ol’ Pinterest for some inspiration – there’s everything from draining boards to CD towers and of course letter holders! Genius, why didn’t I think of this sooner? Sadly it’s taken me months to find a letter holder that’s cute and practical... but finally I’ve found the one. This simple metal letter organiser features an intricate swirling leafy and floral pattern crafted into its cream surfaces for an understated, yet elegant look. It goes perfectly with my cream dressing table (see it here) and has a very simple/shabby chic kinda appeal. There’s three separate compartments and depending on the size and how you stack them it can hold around 5 palettes. I’m currently storing my Z palette, MAC Blush Palette and HD Brow Palette.
