End of summer does not mean the end of smoothies. In fact, we find it quite the opposite – to us smoothies are an all-year round obsession. That’s why we created ten healthy recipes to basically make your back-to-work month more manageable…and more colorful.
– 1 cup kale
– 1/2 avocado
– Juice from 1/2 lemon
– 1/4 cup green tea
– 1/4 cup pomegranate juice
– 1 Tbsp chia seeds
– 1 tsp agave nectar
– Ice if needed
Add ingredients to blender. Blend until all items are smooth.
– 1 roasted beet, skin removed, cooled, cut into chunks
– 1/2 cup blueberries
– Juice from 1 lime
– 1/2 cup coconut water
– 2 tsp honey
– Ice if needed

– 2 cups diced cantaloupe
– 1 orange, peeled into segments
– 1 tsp honey
– Ice if desired

– 1 pouch frozen acai purée (about 1/2 cup)
– 1/2 cup blueberries
– 1/4 cup strawberries
– 1/4 cup blackberries
– 1 cup almond milk
– 1 Tbsp flax seeds

– 1 large carrot, peeled and roughly chopped
– 1 Tbsp ginger, minced
– 3/4 cup water, more if too thick
– 1 Tbsp honey
– 1 tsp cinnamon
– 1/2 tsp ground cardamom
– Ice if desired

– 1 cup diced strawberries
– 1/4 greek yogurt
– 1/2 cup almond milk
– 1 Tbsp basil
– 1 Tbsp Chia seeds
– 1 Tbsp Hemp seeds
– 1 tsp agave nectar
– Ice if desired

– 1/2 cup spinach
– 1/2 cup kale
– 1 banana
– 1/2 cup mango, diced
– 1/2 cup almond milk
– 1 Tbsp flax seeds

– 1 zucchini, skin removed
– 2 dates, pit removed
– 1/4 cup almonds
– 1 tsp cinnamon
– 1 pinch nutmeg
– 1 cup almond milk
– 1 Tbsp flax seeds
– 1 Tbsp maple syrup
– Ice if needed

– 1 banana
– 4 Tbsp almond butter, add more to personal taste
– 1/2 cup greek yogurt
– 1/2 cup almond milk
– 1 Tbsp cacao powder
– 1 Tbsp hemp seeds
– Ice if needed
Add ingredients to blender. Blend until all items are smooth.
– 1/2 cup spinach
– 1/2 large cucumber, peeled and roughly chopped
– 3/4 cup chopped pineapple
– 2 Tbsp Mint
– 1 tsp agave nectar
– Ice if desired
