Shower Pill – The Athletic Body Wipe Review

Ok, so what am I talking about – what is Shower Pill?

Have you ever wanted to squeeze in a workout on a busy day and had to skip it because you knew you wouldn’t have a chance to shower before heading on to your next busy event?

Let me tell you about the most perfect time for Shower Pill – Imagine the potential stink in a van carrying 6 runners over the course of running 200 miles in 36 hours. So, last April, when I ran Ragnar So Cal wil Melissa, Debbie, Jamie, Kat and Jill – one of our resourceful group brought along a supply of wipes. They weren’t the Shower Pill brand and they were really great, but now that I’ve tried Shower Pill brand, I’m a big fan.

Shower Pill isn’t foamy like other brands, it wipes down gently and dries quickly. This past weekend, I went for a long run and had to go out to run a few errands shortly after. I wiped down really quickly with the Shower Pill wipes and was refreshed and hopefully not to offensive to everyone around me. While I don’t think they’re meant for clean up after a 2 hour run, I think after a short workout, they’re perfect.

I’m hoping they motivate me to use the nice gym at my office at lunch sometime soon. I do need to take advantage of that. And for sure, I’m going to take along a supply when my favorite Ragnar ladies get together to run our next relay race.
