Wow! This is such a blessing to have the opportunity to blog about this film. I had the opportunity to see it before it was released to DVD and now Family Christian has supplied me with a DVD for review and one to give away! I love that not only do I get to blog about this, but I also get to bless another family with this film.

I want you to know that even for me it was fairly recently that I began to see the Holy Spirit work in people’s lives in such a real way. I’ve shared my story about going on a trip to India. There I had the opportunity to walk in the slums and pray with people. So when I watched Holy Ghost, it brought me to tears being able to see them praying for people at a Korn concert! The people attending that concert had no idea what was going to happen that night and I am sure it changed their life.

I also was really struck by their visit to India in this film. I can literally imagine it since I’ve been there. During a scene where they are on the steps of a temple, I love that the Holy Spirit just shows up and moves people. You literally cannot deny Jesus when you see how the Holy Spirit moves in some of these situations.

I love that they literally just followed where the spirit lead them and filmed it in this movie. You will see that they visited and prayed with people of all kinds of backgrounds and financial status. I love it! And I’m really looking forward to the next film.
