Shopping at ZaloraPH Pop-up Shop
As Zalora celebrated its second year anniversary as an e-commerce giant here in the Philippines, it rewarded its clienteles with its first-ever pop-up and offline shop. Held at Glorietta activity center at Makati City, the three-day sale featured huge discounts from big fashion brands of clothes, shoes, bags, and accessories. It was one epic shopping experience I had!
After a successful two years in the online shopping business, Zalora Philippines wanted to celebrate with its customers by putting up an offline shop full of fab and discounted items in a limited time. On April 11-13, hoarders and shopaholics alike put their best effort to empty their wish list without hurting their pockets. A pair of shoes could be bought for as low as Php 300!
On the first day of the event, I was invited to be among the first lucky ones to experience the great sale from Zalora. Incidentally, style bloggers David Guison, Aisa Ipac, and Angel Nepomuceno were there to grace the event, along with the shop’s president and esteemed employees.
Of course, a photo with these three. Yes, we talked about color coordinating our outfits. LOL
The event was also in partnership with Bank of the Philippine Islands. Cardholders could get 5% discount with any purchase using their account. Globe Philippines also gave another 5% discount for its users, so it was really a steal to get something from this shop.
Speaking of Globe, this afro-guy approached and chatted with me about music genre and listening app I like. Later on, he talked me in downloading this app called Spotify, which could enable users to freely download songs and listen to them offline without getting filling space from a phone’s memory. I was amazed that it actually works! Until now I am still using it and happy to learn that Globe postpaid users can have a free premium upgrade for this application.

Since I already bought shoes the day before the event, I tried to restrain myself from getting any. However, some shoes were really worth my drool.

Purse damage for these three? Only Php 2000 flat! I had plans going back to the next two days of the sale to hoard more, but alas, I had another escapade. I regret to hear that some even got more than five pairs of shoes for only Php 1000 on the last day! Oh, well. I guess I need to wait for more Zalora surprises to get even.
