This recipe for Crock-Pot Easy Beef Fajitas is one of my families favorites. The beef comes out moist, flavorful and tasty and makes the perfect filling in corn or flour tortillas.
Normally I makes this recipe with onions but my kids can be a bit picky sometimes so this time I omitted them. But you are welcome to add in a sliced or diced onion.
Serve this tender slow cooked meat on soft tortillas with cheese, guacamole, sour cream, or whatever your favorite toppings are.
Freezer Meal Instructions:This recipe is easily turned into a freezer meal for a “grab and cook” type meal. Just add all ingredients to a gallon zippered freezer bag, press out the extra air from the bag and seal. Label the bag with instructions to “cook on low for 8 – 9 hours”. No need to thaw the contents of the freezer bag first!
