Missha M Signature Real Complete BB Cream (No. 23 Natural Yellow Beige)
I’ve been on the look out for a more moisturizing BB cream now that the weather is cooler. I also recently moved to a drier climate so some of my previous products no longer work the same way. It’s been a while since my last Missha BB cream. I really enjoyed the Missha Perfect Cover BB Cream so I figured I should give this one a try.
The M Signature Real Complete BB Cream comes in a pretty tube with floral patterns on the hard container. The packaging is definitely nicer than the Perfect Cover. I’d say the coverage is about medium and the finish is in between satin and matte. It works well for normal to combination skin. Oil-control property is about the same as Perfect Cover, which is not the best for oily skin but manageable for combination skin with primer and powder. I like the fact that this BB cream does not emphasize dry patches the way foundation tends to do. The texture is not too thick so it’s easily blendable.
The problem I have with this BB cream is that it’s too pink. This has been a reoccurring problem for me when it comes to buying (tube packaged) BB creams lately. I experience the opposite problem with BB cushions since some of the darkest shades are either too yellow or too pale. My rosacea pretty much went away after I changed my skincare regiment earlier this year. So some of the shades that used to look okay on my skin are now too pink. To color correct, I generally mix an equal amount of this BB cream with Lancome Teint Idole Ultra (230 Buff W). There are 4 shades available but the lightest 3 shades are all on the pink side.
