I'm loving: the Anthropologie sale

A blog post dedicated to plates may seem a little off the mark, but let’s face it, these aren't just any old plates.

Ever since I first clapped eyes on Anthropologie, I’ve spent many an evening scrolling through their website cooing at page after page of endless quirky prettiness. For my 30th birthday I was given a mint green vase with a huge red ceramic chrysanthemum on the neck by my colleagues, which is now one of my favourite possessions. Sadly my charity salary doesn’t extend to £400 rugs or £100 vases, which is why the the Anthropologie sale
is one of my favourite times of the year.

As soon as I catch a whiff of the latest sale I hop online and scour the home section for delectable treats to brighten up my home. My Anthropologie collection has grown steadily over the past few months, and today I thought I’d show you my collection of Anthropologie plates. I’m not a particularly matchy matchy person, so the idea of having odd plates makes me happy. And while Anthropologie patterns and styles vary, they’re still distinctively Anthropologie. Whether I’m slurping soup from a quirky floral bowl or lifting a sandwich from a bright yellow plate, these plates make meal times feel just that little bit happier.

I’ve already been eagerly bookmarking beautiful tidbits from the site, but in my experience it’s better to order now and think later. They sell out so fast!

Do you own anything from Anthropologie?
