Temperatures rise rapidly, dresses are getting shorter and showing the body becomes a real must for the season.
The desire for color and freshness combined with a thin exhibitionist vein brings us to wear outfits that we (rightly) though unfeasible a short time ago.
So what are the summer crimes to avoid?
How can we orient ourselves in the big world of summer clothing between sultriness , lycra dresses and shameless hotpants? Here there are some little tips.
In summer, choosing the right shoe for the right occasion is a truly difficult task but it is not impossible. The secret is to understand in what context it will be worn.
If the only sunny beach that you see is in the desktop of your PC, if in your hand you have a stapler instead of a colorful cocktail with an exotic name, and if on your neck you wear a string of pearls instead of a flowers necklace it will be better to avoid plastic flip-flops.
They will also be comfortable, fresh and easy but they are totally inappropriate for any occasion that does not include sun, sand and ball-playing kids.
Could you imagine Audrey Hepburn with flip-flops? Let’s take inspiration from her timeless style.
Summer is the best time to enjoy a healthy relax and you have to start right from the choice of shoes to do it well. A suggestion? Valentino is the way!

Mix and shake together all the trends that we see in fashion shows and on the covers of newspapers is not the best way to be fashionable.
Stripes? Camo? Fluo? Flowered? Follow new trends proposed by the coolest designers is a wise choice but it must be done with the right precautions and obviously never exaggerate!
So be careful to fantasies: never use more than two in the same outfit or you’ll end up looking like a macedonia of styles. Opt instead for a fresh total white look to be enriched with small details like colorful handbags and accessories.

Everything you wear will keep that exact color for the entire day: so take care in the selection of shades to match together. Wear your outfit, stand in front of the mirror and take a few steps back: look at it from distance and if the ensemble will not cause fainting or dizziness then you have made the right choices.
We love watching pop stars dance and writhe in their colorful music videos, including sensual choreography, plenty of makeup and a reckless use of the synthesizer that transforms their little voices in faint metallic sounds more like the rumble of a Boeing 747 that human voices.
Their looks are always well groomed and with a strong impact and often we just want to imitate them to perfection: this is an error that we must absolutely avoid.
We are not Beyoncé and for some absurd reasons we never will be like her. We do not have her voice and do not have her body. Our life takes place in reality and not in music videos from the most unlikely scenarios.
Avoid too short hot pants and T-shirts above the navel: the rebel style of Britney Spears in “… Baby One More Time” is out of fashion way back in 1999; now she is wearing tshirt longer too.
Choose colored shorts, better with geometric prints, much classic and less flashy, perfect to combine with a top and classic cut jacket.
It takes very little to be super chic!

La voglia di colore e freschezza unita ad una sottile vena esibizionista ci spinge ad indossare outfit che fino a poco tempo fa pensavamo (giustamente) improponibili.
Quali sono quindi i summer crimes dai quali stare assolutamente alla larga?
Come orientarci nel grande mondo dell’abbigliamento estivo tra afa, abiti in lycra e hotpants al limite della decenza? Ecco alcuni piccoli consigli.
In estate scegliere la scarpa giusta per la giusta occasione è un compito veramente arduo ma non per questo impossibile. Il segreto è capire bene in che contesto verrà indossata.
Se l’unica spiaggia assolata che avete davanti a voi è quella del desktop del vostro pc, se in mano al posto del colorato cocktail dal nome esotico avete una spillatrice e se al collo portate un giro di perle invece di una collana di fiori allora è meglio evitare le infradito in plastica.
Saranno anche comode, fresche e easy ma sono assolutamente fuori luogo per qualsiasi occasione non contempli sole, sabbia e bimbi che giocano a palla.

Attenzione quindi alle fantasie: mai usarne più di due nello stesso outfit o finirete col sembrare una macedonia di stili. Optate invece per un fresco look in total white da arricchire con piccoli dettagli colorati come borse ed accessori.
La realtà è diversa da instagram, nella realtà non esistono filtri.
Tutto ciò che indosserete manterrà quel colore esatto per l’intera giornata: massima attenzione nella scelta delle nuances da abbinare insieme. Indossate il vostro outfit, mettetevi davanti allo specchio e fate qualche passo indietro: osservatevi bene da lontano e se l’ensemble non vi provoca svenimenti o giramenti di testa allora avete fatto le scelte giuste.
Adoriamo vedere le stelle del pop ballare e contorcersi nei loro coloratissimi video musicali, tra coreografie sensuali, abbondante trucco e uno sconsiderato uso del sintetizzatore che trasforma le loro flebili vocine in rumori metallici più simili ai rombi di un boeing 747 che a voci umane .
I loro look son sempre così curati e di forte impatto che spesso viene voglia di imitarli alla perfezione: questo è un errore da non commettere assolutamente.
Non siamo Beyoncé e per qualche assurdo motivo non lo saremo mai. Non abbiamo la sua voce, non abbiamo il suo corpo e la nostra vita ha luogo nella realtà e non nei video musicali dagli scenari più improbabili.
Evitiamo allora hot pants troppo corti e magliettine sopra l’ombelico: lo stile da scolaretta ribelle di Britney Spears in “…baby one more time” è passato di moda nel lontano 1999, ora anche lei si è dovuta convertire a tshirt più lunghe.
Scegliamo invece degli shorts colorati, meglio ancora se con stampe geometriche, molto più classici e meno appariscenti, perfetti da abbinare ad un top ed una giacca taglio classico.
Basta veramente poco per essere super chic!
