Fashion really seems a huge and endless battlefield.
But no bombs here, only silk and stilettos.

In fondo la Moda sembra realmente un enorme ed infinito campo di battaglia.
Niente bombe però, solo seta e tacchi a spillo.
Guardate per esempio le modelle mentre sfilano, non vi sembrano dei coraggiosi soldatini che marciano veloci verso il nemico? Forse un po’ più magri, più alti e più chic di quelli che siamo abituati a vedere.
Alcune hanno anche la stessa espressione felice e rilassata di un generale dell’esercito o di chi sta pensando “Per entrare in questo vestito ho mangiato insalatine per un mese, se vi acchiappo vi sbrano tutti!”.
Non hanno nemmeno tutti i torti, provate a correre da una sfilata ad un’altra passando davanti alle vetrine delle pasticcerie senza nemmeno la possibilità di fermarsi a dare un’occhiata o a camminare su quei tacchi vertiginosi davanti a centinaia di persone che vi osservano attentamente stando comodamente sedute a godersi lo spettacolo.
Per non parlare poi del fatto che la nuova tecnologia complica tutto.
Ultimamente i brand offrono al pubblico la possibilità di godersi il fashion show direttamente da casa, quindi grazie allo streaming tutti i defilé sono live, in tempo reale, in tutto il mondo.
Come dire, ogni piccolo errore si potrebbe trasformarsi un una colossale figuraccia a livello mondiale. Ma per fortuna nella moda ogni volta che si cade ci si rialza sempre.
Non ci sono morti o feriti, probabilmente solo qualche caviglia slogata. Ma questi sono gli inconvenienti del mestiere.

Oppure avete mai ascoltato il suono delle fotocamere delle decine di fotografi ammassati alla fine delle passerelle?
E’ un rumore molto simile a quello delle mitragliatrici nei film americani. Ed ogni volta ci vien da pensare: “Ecco, ora qualcuno ci lascia le penne”.
Spesso la Moda è rimasta così affascinata dai militari da averli trasformati in pura fonte d’ispirazione dando vita a trend interessantissimi come ad esempio quello del Camouflage.
Lo abbiamo visto ovunque, in ogni colore, grandezza e forma.
E’ comparso timidamente in alcune collezioni per poi conquistare le passerelle più famose e streetstyle più interessante.
Lo abbiamo visto su qualsiasi capo, accessorio e tessuto. Su qualsiasi fisico.
Su qualsiasi uomo. Su qualsiasi donna.

Ma c’è un solo Camouflage che passerà alla storia per la sua bellezza e la sua semplicità: parliamo ovviamente di quello firmato Valentino. Riprende le classiche tonalità del verde ma le mixa con colori più forti e coraggiosi come quelli flou trasformandolo in elemento di grande tendenza.
Sembra semplice da usare ma non lo è affatto.
Ecco allora alcuni accorgimenti da tenere bene a mente quando lo si utilizza:
Mai abbinarlo ad altre fantasie.
Mai abbinarlo ad altre stampe camouflage.
Mai abbinarlo con accessori dallo stile troppo aggressive. Sembrare Rambo non è affatto chic.
Se non avete ancora nel vostro armadio un capo camouflage correte subito al riparo!
La scelta può essere ardua ma Valentino è sempre la risposta giusta.
Chi lo sa, magari anche il soldato Ryan vestiva proprio Valentino.
