Can you believe summer is already over? Well, not technically, but Labor Day weekend always feels like the end of summer and the end of weekends spent at the beach in nothing but a bikini for 2 days straight (or three when we're lucky enough to have an extra day). Today truly felt like the first day of fall in Vancouver with non-stop rain and heavy grey clouds, but apparently it's supposed to warm up again tomorrow so maybe I'll still get more opportunity to wear this super cute Triangl Bikini! I've been eyeing these bikinis for quite a while and was so happy to get my hands on one just before our weekend away. It's made of neoprene and I was so excited to test it out in the water, but the ocean was freeeezing cold so I was too much of a wimp to go in. Maybe I will get the chance this week and I'll let you know how it goes!
Ollie and I spent the long weekend in Deep Bay with some friends and it was the perfect weekend of relaxation and catching up that we don't get to do nearly often enough. It feels like we've been going non-stop for the last month and it's so nice to slow down once again. These photos were taken at our friends' gorgeous property on the coast of Vancouver Island and we seriously did not want to leave. There is something about a home on the ocean that instantly puts you at peace.
