Casual in Black

Now that the weather has definitely cooled down, I've found a new casual uniform that I gravitate toward whenever I need to quickly throw something on. I've actually upgraded my leather jacket since we took these photos, but a comfy band tee, ripped denim and flat boots are almost always on the menu. The day that we took these photos, it was raining out so I threw the hat on and was ready to head downtown to meet Ollie for lunch.

I received this tee from my collaboration with Denim & Supply Ralph Lauren and it has been one of my most worn items lately. It looks cute with jeans, shorts and skirts and you really can't go wrong with it. I definitely recommend a worn-in tee for layering in the fall.

These boots seriously go with everything and unfortunately I wear them that way as well. They have definitely seen better days and I'm still on the hunt for a replacement. If you have any suggestions, I would love to hear!

Now that fall is here, I'm liking darker colors and the cheetah print fur on this bag is perfect with its earthy tones.

It's funny how once the rain comes, all I want to wear is black. I love the gold accents with it, and seem to have been preferring gold accessories lately.

Leather jackets are always a must during the early fall days when it's not cold enough for a heavy coat. I love this part of fall because you can still put cute looks together without being totally covered up.
